Being a medical supplier, this tenant felt that the security around the centre was crucial and a big draw for their business – “My unit and the Centre is secure with CCTV inside and out of the building.  Gates are locked overnight and at weekends and doors to the building are electronically managed, plus the staff at the Centre can take deliveries for me if I’m not available.”

Security and the professional look of the Centre is an important aspect to all tenants - having a professional and appropriate environment to network with and meet clients, alomg with access to full equipped meeting rooms. The social aspect of being located at Newhaven Enterprise Centre is a great perk too, taking away the loneliness of operating from a smaller premises. Although current social distancing restrictions have meant that networking opportunities and the chance to get to know one another have been limited, the medical supplier commented that regardless of this, “I’m really settling in and feel like I have been here forever.”
