Rooms for hire

Newhaven Enterprise Centre has two air conditioned meeting rooms available for hire; both hold up to 12 people, but they can be combined into one large meeting space to suit your needs.

Pricing:
Full day (Large meeting space) - £200
Half day (8.30-12.30 or 13.00-1700, Large meeting space) - £130
Full day (one meeting room) - £100
Half day (8.30-12.30 or 13.00-1700, one meeting room) - £65

Office day hire (maximum 2 people and subject to availability) £35 per day

In exceptional circumstances, we are able to offer ground floor meeting room space for up to 40 people.  Please telephone for details and pricing.

Please note: tenants of the centre are able to rent a meeting room at a discounted rate. Visit our available spaces to find out more


What’s included:

  • Wi-Fi and projector included

  • Coffee and Tea - unlimited at £6 per person

  • Flipchart - one included, additional hires at £5 each

  • Catering - breakfast/lunch pricing on request

Any booking for a meeting room is subject to there being availability of rooms.
